Who Is Suzanne Morphew?

Suzanne Morphew vanished from Salida, Colorado on Mother's Day 2020. Morphew is being searched and case is under investigation to find out why she went missing.

Today marks a complete nine months to her disappearance. Suzanne Morphew was reported missing by her neighbours as they claimed that she left for a bike ride on the 10th of May, 2020, and never returned. Here's what you should know about the case- 

• A young, Morphew has been missing for the last nine months
• She has daughters and her husband said Morphew "was the love of his life."
• Since she went missing, investigators conducted at least 180 interviews; more than 130 searches, which include sealed warrants; and received over 1000 tips.
• When Morphew went missing, her family launched a campaign to find here. Morphew's family offered a reward of $200,000 to whoever would bring Morphew back home safely. On May 17, her husband, Barry Morphew, posted a video on Facebook pleading for whoever took Suzanne to bring her back.
• Barry Morphew has said to the media, "Oh Suzanne, if anyone is out there and can hear this, that has you, please, we’ll do whatever it takes to bring you back. We love you, we miss you, your girls need you."

• In August, Barry Morphew spoke publicly for the first time since the May 17 video, telling FOX 21 during a 25-minute phone call that he and his wife "have been in love since 1988 and she’s the love of my life."
• The search and rescue teams covered the parameter around Morphew's house and the search only intensified as they did not find her.
• The Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the FBI are among law enforcement partners assisting the investigation.
• As of Jan. 10, the local area sheriff’s office’s investigative team had looked into more than 1,300 tips from the public as per reports.

I continue to search for her every day and I will until I find her. I promise and I promised my girls that," according to the report.

• Family members of Morphew were advised by the authorities as to not talk to the media about the case. 
• Suzanne Morphew's brother has claimed his sister "was murdered." 
• According to media reports, Morphew's brother has been quoted saying, "I don't think she was taken to a second location, I think it happened at home," he said, adding that "based on the behaviours and things that happened," he thought her husband was behind it. "And I pray it's not."
