India beat South Africa in Women’s Cricket during an ongoing tournament series in Surat. Indian women beat SA women by 11 runs in 1st T20 international. India defended 130 ending their 7-match losing run. Indian spinners put the visitors to test on what was a tricky pitch. Deepti Sharma stunned her opponents with three maidens and 3 wickets in 4 overs to help India start the series on a winning note. Radha Yadav took 2 in 2 in the last over while Poonam Yadav also picked 2 in 2 in the 9th over to contribute in India’s win.
