The 17-year-old American tennis player is back into the second week of Wimbledon by reaching the fourth round on Centre Court. She finished with 21 winners and broke her opponent five times.

While Gauff stormed through the opening of the games energetically at the Centre Court, she was asked some awkward questions by 102nd ranked Juvan. Gauff had answers to all, leading to her entry in the second week.

On July 5, Gauff will face the former Wimbledon champion, Angelique Kerber.

Back in the year 2019, when Gauff made it into the fourth round at the age of 15, she made headlines. This time it is less of a surprise and she holds a serious title already.

After winning the opening set, the world No. 23 ranked singles player established a lead in the second, and despite Slovenia's Juvan fought tenaciously, she could not knock Gauff out of her stride.
