Here are some key takeaways from her speech:

On how her father stood for her

Ekta spoke about her early years of struggle when most of her pilots were rejected. She recalled how father Jeetendra was taunted for supporting and investing in his daughter's hobby. Somebody even suggested that he buy gold for her instead. To this, he replied, ‘gold should be within her, what will she do with gold outside?’.
