While the 'Quantico' actress put the towering Met Gala staircase to good use, her outfit got mixed reviews. In India it was compared with RSS uniform (for being khaki) and some called it a parachute. Those who loved it said its weirdness was part of its charm and style. Apparently it's a 'detective-inspired gown' and needed as many as four people to manoeuvre it around the fete.
The Quantico star recently spoke where she discussed her unwillingness to take on cliched roles written for Indian women. “I did not want to be the stereotype of either Bollywood or what Indian actors are ,” she said.
Apparently this is the world's longest trench coat. It took a full team to turn it around.
