While the country is reeling under the horrific murder case of Shraddha Walkar, a new shocking incident from Delhi's Palam has emerged. Four members of a family including two sisters, their father and their grandmother were stabbed to death in a house in Palam area.

Accused Keshav, 25, stabbed his parents, sister, and grandmother to death over a household dispute, police said.

- Keshav was arrested after the victims' bodies were found last night in a pool of blood in their Palam house.
- According to police who shared the details of the horrific incident, he used a sharp object to slit their throats as well as stabbed them multiple times.
- The accused, who was reportedly unemployed since Diwali, was intoxicated when he committed the murders, added police.
- Deputy police commissioner (Southwest) Manoj C said a person reported noises in his neighbourhood around 10:30 pm.

door was broken...four people were found dead and the accused was seen trying to escape. He was overpowered and caught," he said. - An investigator said the deceased were identified as his grandmother Deewana Devi, 75, his father Dinesh, 50, mother Darshana, and sister Urvashi, 18.
- The preliminary investigation noted that Keshav quarrelled with his family on Tuesday over his lack of a steady job. They added Keshav was allegedly addicted to drugs and his family would repeatedly tell him to mend his ways.
- The accused has been arrested while trying to escape from the house.
