Noida Girl Abduction Case: Earlier this week, reports of a 20-year-old girl being kidnapped surfaced, the police have now found her in Uttar Pradesh's Gonda district. The police have also claimed that the family made up the story of her being kidnapped.

The family had staged a protest on Thursday regarding the alleged kidnapping of the girl and also blocked a road in Badalpur area. The police had reportedly assured the family that the girl be brought back soon. Other locals were also under the impression that the girl was abducted while she was out on a morning walk

As per reports, the family told the police that she had gone out in the morning with her three siblings on Thursday morning when some men forced her into a car. The girl's younger sister had reportedly narrated the whole incident to the police of how she fought the alleged abductors when they were taking her sister. However the police claim to have discover that the girl had already left a day before. The police were working on some leads in the case.

The officials stated that the family wanted to save their honour in the society so they cooked up the fake kidnapping story. As per the police, the girl had left her house on Wednesday evening with a male friend she had found on a social networking site. After eloping on September 15, the girl had taken a bus to Gonda via Mathura. The police have now taken her statement and are going to take legal action against her family members.

The officials said that the girl's uncle is an Assistant Sub-Inspector with the Delhi Police. He allegedly conspired the whole story. The girl's father and grandfather were also involved, police said. The police have now lodged a FIR against the members of her family for giving false information and blocking the road. The Director General of police of Uttar Pradesh has also announced a reward of one lakh rupees for the police team who cracked the case.
