The police said they learnt about the incident after the complainant called them and reported that a man was masturbating outside her door.

After the accused Ali Ahmed Syed returned to the area on Wednesday, he was taken into custody.

Gujarat HC Comes Down On Hospital For Denying Care To A Pregnant Woman

The Gujarat High Court came down on the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation-run LG Hospital's clean chit to itself after denying care to a pregnant woman.

The court was hearing a public interest litigation (PIL) seeking its directions for penal and disciplinary action against hospital authorities for denying medical aid to pregnant women. The PIL highlighted two incidents, where two women were denied treatment and ended up delivering outside the hospital.

Man Who Attacked Woman Cab Driver Arrested

A man was arrested for allegedly trying to snatch an Uber cab driver's mobile phone after breaking her vehicle's window. The accused, identified as Amit alias Sunny allegedly threw a stone at her vehicle and broke the window.

The woman cab driver received minor injuries in the robbery attempt.

Woman Files 3 Crore Rupees Suit Against Partner Who Suppressed His Marriage

The Delhi High Court issued the summons in a 3 crore rupees suit filed by a woman claiming she was deceived by a man who allegedly continue a romantic relationship with her while suppressing the fact that he had been married since 2019.

The plaintiff claimed 3 crore rupees as damages for the harm caused to her due to the defendant's alleged deceit. Further, the plaintiff also urged the Court to direct the defendant to pay about 2.38 lakh rupees as actual costs incurred during the course of their relationship between 2019 and 2021.
