The very popular Kendall Jenner has broken Gisele Bundchen’s 15-year reign in the industry and become the highest paid model in the world this year, according to Forbes’ annual list.
The 22-year-old supermodel tops the chart of highest earning models with a grand figure of $22 million this year. She represents some leading brands such as Estee Lauder, Adidas and La Perla.
Bundchen is placed in the No. 2 spot with earnings of $17.5 million, down from last year’s $30.5 million.

Kendall Jenner hit the spotlight with the reality show Keeping Up With the Kardashians. She then chose to be a fashion model after gaining prominence. She, along with her sister Kylie, also launched a clothing line.
Jenner has got more than 84 million followers on Instagram. She also uses the platform to run several social media endorsements. With these achievements, she has taken the top spot on Forbes’ yearly highest-paid models' list.
Jenner’s prominent moments this year were September’s New York Fashion Week, where she walked the ramp for Tom Ford, Alexander Wang, Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors and Marc Jacobs. She was the focus of red carpets like the one at the 70th Cannes Film Festival.
Alongside Jenner, the Hadid sisters – Gigi and Bella, body-activist Ashley Graham and model-veteran Karlie Kloss were also placed in the top 10 Forbes list.
