Two sisters from Srinagar, Quratul Ain Zohra, a doctor, and Aiman Zohra, a lawyer, made a snow sculpture to pay their tribute to the corona warriors. The sculpture emphasises on the importance of honouring health workers during the ongoing pandemic. The Zohra sisters attracted several visitors to their lawn at Athwajan in Srinagar where they made the snow art, which includes models of a lady doctor with a stethoscope and a syringe loaded with COVID-19 vaccine.

"This is a tribute to everyone involved in the fight against the COVID around the world in general and those in Kashmir in particular. The doctors, the paramedics, police, ambulance drivers and media ... Everyone has played a role in combating this pandemic," Quratul Ain told PTI.
Lady Doctor symbolises Empowerment
The Zohra sisters said that they made the sculpture of a lady doctor as "a special tribute to women involved in this fight against COVID and to highlight women empowerment."
Further talking about the pandemic and the people fighting against the deadly virus, the elder of the two sisters, Quratul Ain told Kashmir Life, “Almost for a year now, we are facing the Covid threat and everybody is trying to save the skin, but doctors are the ones who despite the risk attended their job well and put back the fight. Everyone has a role, but doctors are the ones we go and seek solace from in these difficult circumstances. They are the ones who touch patients without giving a thought about the presence of the virus.”
Syringe with vaccine symbolised hope
Talking about India's vaccination drive, Quratul Ain said, "A large number of people have lost jobs, the economy is in bad shape around the world, youngsters are unemployed because of this virus, resulting in depression. The vaccine brings hope for the return of normalcy in our lives."

The duo also enjoys doing bridal makeup during wedding season. When asked how a professionally trained doctor and an advocate managed to make snow sculptures, Quratul Ain said, that art was in their genes. "During our school days, we used to participate in art competitions for fun and win. After completing our education, we even pursued our hobby as make-up artists," she added.
