Bowling England out for 68, India won by seven wickets with six overs to spare.

Indian Women's U19 Cricket Team World Cup

The now-viral video of the Indian women's U19 cricket team celebrating the World Cup and dancing to Kala Chashma was shared by ICC's official handle.

The champions can be seen wearing their medals and joyfully dancing to the beats. The text in the video reads, "The new Kala Chashma champions".

The post was captioned, "Winning on the field and off it".

In less than a day, the video garnered more than 3 million views and the comments were filled with netizens congratulating the team for their victory.

President Droupadi Murmu congratulated the women's U19 cricket team for winning the inaugural T20 World Cup. She took to Twitter and wrote, "These talent young girls put up outstanding performance". President Murmu added that the champions are an inspiration for young girls everywhere.

Current and former Indian players also took to social media to congratulate the team.

Smriti Mandhana, a cricket who plays for the Indian women's national team and 2022's ICC Women's Cricketer of the Year took to Twitter and wrote, "Champions of the world. Proud. Absolutely proud of the bunch. Champions in the inaugural edition makes it even more special."

Mandhana added that the women's U19 cricket team's victory was "just the beginning".
