Though more and more women are switching over to the western wear, Kirti, whose products retail under the  'Designer Saree' label, is very sure that the cultural shift will not impact her sales. "I feel the charm of saris is irreplaceable. I have clients from the US as well. They admire Indian culture and prefer wearing traditional saris for different occasions. I personally feel that a sari-clad woman looks extremely stunning and elegant."

Talking about the obstacles in her entrepreneurial journey, she shared, "The journey has been a difficult one but I don't believe in giving up. My sister and I have been slogging day and night for this. We work in shifts. Either of us is always at home looking after the domestic chores and our mom."

Kirti is a staunch believer of women's empowerment. According to her, if women get emotional support from their family members, they can conquer the insurmountable. Kudos to her!
