She added that the woman passenger cleaned herself in the airline's lavatory and was given a set of pyjamas and disposable slippers to change into.

The woman alleged that she was given the narrow crew seat to sit on and was told to return to her seat after an hour. She wrote, "Although the staff had put sheets on top, the area was still reeking of urine".
