The Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) stands ruled out for this year.

Gupta added during the conference that the change in criteria for evaluation by the CBSE will not delay the announcement of the university's cut-offs, and their process will remain the same howsoever.

Acting Vice-Chancellor P C Joshi said that the registration for Postgraduate courses and the DU Entrance Test (DUET)- based courses will be conducted by the National Testing Agency and will begin on July 26, and end on August 21.

In an attempt to bring ease to the admissions, the University will be making its website more interactive. The same will be done by organising webinars, uploading tutorial videos, launching Computer-based help desks in the form of chatbots. However, the University is yet to make further announcements on the same.
