An Australian woman, Evelyn Miller with two vaginas and two wombs is trying for her third child through her left vagina after giving birth through her right. Miller was diagnosed with uterus didelphys when she was 20 years old, a rare condition in which she was born with two uteruses and two vaginas. She had discovered she was pregnant at the time but had decided not to have the child.

Miller told the Mirror that when she first started having sex, it felt different every time, and it wasn't until this termination procedure that she realized what was wrong. She decided to keep the child when she became pregnant again in 2020. Her pregnancy was high-risk due to the fact that her reproductive system is divided into two fully functional organs.
She stated that her first pregnancy was high-risk due to both uteruses being half the size of a 'normal' uterus, so she had numerous scans. She also mentioned that she was uncomfortable throughout her pregnancy because her bump was on her right side because she was pregnant in her right uterus, which meant that the baby never sat centrally, which made her back hurt.

At 37 weeks, she gave birth to a healthy baby boy via C-section in June 2021. Miller became pregnant again in her right vagina three months later. Her C-section date was set for 36 weeks. In June 2022, she gave birth to a baby girl.

Uterus didelphys is a rare condition affecting approximately 0.3 percent of the population. Miller stated that her unique condition allowed her to keep her professional and personal lives separate when she worked as an escort previously. She began creating adult content on OnlyFans after meeting her husband, and she claims to earn 54,829 pounds per month.
Miller is currently trying for her third child. Her doctor has advised her that she can no longer have pregnancies using her right vagina as it has had two c-sections.
