Kang In is a ruthless individual. He accomplishes his goals by any means required.
On the other hand, Ji Hoon (Park Hae-soo) works as a prosecutor with the Seoul Central District Prosecutor's Office. Regardless of the circumstances, he adheres to the law. He's been transferred to Shenyang, China. Ji Hoon faces up against Kang In there.
