The wait for the release of Brahmastra, which is scheduled to release tomorrow, September 9, will soon come to an end. The Astraverse, India's first original film universe, is eagerly anticipated by the world. Since the lead character, played by Ranbir Kapoor in Brahmastra: Part One, will be India's first superhero figure and have superpowers, the film has attracted even more hype. Everyone has a lot of expectations from the film moreover, there is no denying the fact that Ayan Mukerji, who spent ten years making this movie, is one of the most talented filmmakers working at the moment. Although he has only created a small number of movies, he is well-known for his realistic plots and incredibly relatable characters, especially females.

It goes without saying that all of his films and characters are extremely relatable, and basically all of them speaks volumes about his talent. We've all met Naina. We all have an Aisha inside of us. And we all have an Aditi among our friends. Additionally, these movie characters were so skillfully interwoven that a separate film could be created about each. Here's what we expect from his next woman, Isha.

Women Written By Ayan Mukerji:

Isha (Alia Bhatt)

As Brahmastra is soon to be released, it is only reasonable to assume that Alia Bhatt's Isha will be a powerful addition to the women's characters written by Mukerji so far, which he has tirelessly developed over the years. If Ranbir Kapoor is playing Shiva, then viewers must only hope that Isha proves to be as strong, unbreakable, unbounded, and resilient as Parvati as well, and not just the hero's love interest as many well-known female actors portray in big-budget movies.

Naina Talwar (Deepika Padukone)

Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani (2013), Mukerji's second film as a director, challenges many of the stereotypes we have about how women should behave. Like you can't have fun with sincere, serious girls, or it's not possible that females who are feisty, wild, and not obviously feminine discover true love the traditional way. Or how a stepmother ought to or ought not to behave.

Naina was not a loud or colourful person. She was sympathetic and soft-spoken. She was merely an ordinary medical student who charmed others with her grace. However,  there is no denying the fact that Naina Talwar was a very strong character. Early in the movie, Naina had her heart shattered, but she did not let it bother her. She was sure to respect Bunny's privacy even after admitting her love for him.

Naina taught us to enjoy ourselves a little while working toward our goals in life. Midway through the movie, Naina undergoes a significant change. She simply evolves into a better version of herself.

Aditi Mehra (Kalki Koechlin)

Aditi was a girl in a guys' group; she was a tom-boy who was emotional, loving, and yet quite practical. Aditi was a carefree, academically uninclined girl in her early years who had no idea what she wanted to do with her life. She was crazy and loud and would do anything to protect her friends. However, when it came to selecting her life partner, she was sensible.

Life can change people for the better, as Aditi taught us. Aditi's evolution illustrates how individuals change, and no matter how far you go, you'll have a tonne of experiences that will make you smile when you look back. These two characters from Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani are out and about looking for themselves, creating lives for themselves, and having fun while doing it.

Aisha Banerjee (Konkona Sen Sharma)

Aisha, from Wake Up Sid (2009), a Bengali woman travelling alone from Kolkata to Mumbai in search of independence, struck the audience as oddly familiar. Aisha had left home to explore a new city, so her excitement at discovering a new place, her need to manage herself while out with a stranger, and yet her choice to allow herself to go for a walk with him all seemed unsettlingly close.

Aisha taught us to be honest with ourselves. Aisha is an example of many women who relocate to a new city in search of independence. Her transformation is fearless and empowering.

Both Naina and Aisha in Ayan Mukerji's movies are relatable, strong, independent, fierce, and motivated for their own lives. Moreover, his main men are assisted by his women in discovering their true callings.
