Jasleen Royal Gets Candid About Coldplay Concert Backlash

The video shows Jasleen sitting with her team on the second day of the concert at DY Patil Stadium, Mumbai. While scrolling through her phone, her team tries to cheer her up. The stress from the previous night’s technical issues still lingers on her mind. In one scene, she is seen asking, "It wasn't fine yesterday. What was the problem yesterday? Why were my in-ears bursting?"  A team member responds to her, saying, "The creative part I will leave to you, but for the technical part, we are sorry."

The documentary also captures a heart-wrenching moment where Jasleen breaks down and talks to her team about the impact of social media trolling. Through tears, she says, "After a certain point, I can feel it like 'it's time to go home'. There's a lot of pressure. I'll die; I swear I'll die."

Later, Jasleen opens up about being a self-taught artist and how that makes her more vulnerable to criticism. "I am nervous. I don't want people to think that she didn't deserve to be here. Or 'Why is she here? We just want Coldplay. We don't like her music.' I am a self-taught musician. So, I know I am not perfect. I keep learning everyday. I try to better myself every day."

The concert took place at Mumbai's DY Patil Stadium, where Jasleen's performance set the tone for an unforgettable evening with the British rock band. Jasleen captivated the audience with a soulful rendition of her song Kho Gaye Hum Kahan during her opening act. The highlight of the night, however, was her duet with Coldplay's frontman, Chris Martin. Together, they performed We Pray, a track from Coldplay's latest album, Moon Music.
