Rakhi Sawant Says Her YouTube Account Has Been Hacked

Rakhi Sawant YouTube: Actor and model Rakhi Sawant took to Instagram Tuesday to inform fans her YouTube account 'Rakhilogy' has been hacked and requested them not to watch it anymore.

The person who allegedly hacked her account has changed her password and number linked to it, Sawant said in a video posted on Instagram. "...you will regret this believe me," she wrote in the caption.

The 42-year-old, known for appearing in films Main Hoon Na and Dil Bole Hadippa!, is a fan favourite on social media for her candour and unconventional personality. She has amassed a huge following on Instagram and YouTube through videos that show her dancing, interacting with media and making public appearances.

Recently, she was clicked around the sets of reality show Bigg Boss dressed in a Spiderwoman costume, visuals of which had gone massively viral on social media. She was allegedly protesting against not being invited for the ongoing 15th season of the show.

Who is Rakhi Sawant? 

Swant is among the most popular names in Indian entertainment and media, known for appearing as an actor and dancer in films across languages. She began in Hindi cinema in the late 1990s as a small-time actor with films like Agnichakra, Joru Ka Ghulam, and Jis Desh Mein Ganga Rehta Hain.

Her breakthrough came with the dance number Mohabbat Hai Mirchi from the 2003 film Chura Liyaa Hai Tumne. 

Sawant, who braved financial and social odds to secure her position as a member of the entertainment fraternity, has been open about the tough journey she has traced. "People would make fun of me, they would pass comments on me, body shame, face shame me. They would make fun of my English and that I can’t speak English," she said in an interview, opening up on the criticism she faces.

"I have taken everything with a pinch of salt and forgiven everyone."
