Meghan Markle's Friends Are Speaking Up In Her Defence

Suits star, Patrick Adams accused the royal family of "promoting and amplifying the accusations of bullying" against Meghan and even called the British media racist for spewing clickbait vitriol on her.

Meghan Markle Friends: Ahead of the much-anticipated interview of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry by Oprah Winfrey, the bullying allegation against Markle surfaced.

The staffers of Kensington Palace accused Meghan of mistreatment during her brief time at the palace right before her wedding to Harry.

Some staffers also said that Meghan reduced them to tears and also forced some seniors staffers to quit their jobs. This was completely denied by Markle as she said that she is "saddened" by the allegations which are not true according to her. Soon the Buckingham palace also released their statement that they are going to probe the allegation and they would not tolerate such bullying.

Among many of Meghan's supporters, her friends also came forward to defend the Duchess of Sussex as they spoke of her good character. Here's what Meghan Markle's friends have said about her so far:

Patrick Adams:

Patrick Adams who worked with Markle in the popular American show Suits, came to her defence on Friday when called out the royal family and the British media for wrongfully portraying Markle. He accused the royal family of promoting and amplifying the accusations of bullying" against her. He claimed Markle was forced to "flee the UK to save her family and her own mental health." He added, "Meghan Markle and I spent the better part of a decade working together on Suits. From day one she was an enthusiastic, kind, cooperative, giving, joyful and supportive member of our television family. She remained that person and colleague as fame, prestige and power accrued."

Another Suits co-star and long time friend of Markle, Abigail Spencer came forward to defend the Duchess when she posted a long letter revealing some private information about their friendship. Spencer wrote, "I've learned so much from Meg. The power of a handwritten note. The loveliness of surprise flowers. That she has a perpetual rolodex in her brain of recommendations for the heart, soul, & body. "

She added that Meghan has been there for in her darkest hour including when the time Spencer's father died. She continued, " After a gut-wrenching break up she brought me into her home & nursed me back to health. Soup & salad waiting in the kitchen, just, if I needed it. " She added that Meghan rook Spencer's son as her own and has been a "safe harbour" for her. Spencer said that Markle and Harry are an incredible team and, "They are dedicating their lives to lifting up and amplifying those who do not have a voice for themselves".

Jessica Mulroney:

Jessica Mulroney is one of Markle's best friends. Mulroney joined the list of Markle's friend and showed support for her on social media. She uploaded a picture with the Duchess and wrote, " I don’t know that anyone has ever had to deal with the pressure, the politics and the press like this woman. In the face of it all, I have never seen her waver from kindness, empathy and love".

Silver Tree:

Director Silver Tree had a rather sweet thing to reveal about Meghan Markle. She took to Instagram and shared a picture with Markle. In the caption, she wrote that on Markle's wedding day, Meghan made her a playlist to listen to because Tree had travelled very far for the wedding. She said, " This is Meg before she met H. This is Meg now. She's always been this person. She's not a headline. She's my friend. I love her".

Janina Gavankar:

Actor Janina Gavankar took to Twitter to talk about how long she had known Meghan Markle and refuted the bullying allegations in her own way. She wrote, " I have known Meghan for 17 years. Here's what she is: kind, strong, open. Here's what she's not: "a bully". Any of us who know her feel the same thing from her broken silence: Relief. "
