Meet Partner Track Unapologetic Women Characters, Know Who Are They

Partner Track is a legal drama adapted from Helen Wan's 2013 novel The Partner Track. The series is developed by Georgia Lee. The 10-episodes story centers on Ingrid Yun, an idealistic young lawyer who struggles with her moral dilemma and passions to climb the partner track at a law firm.

Ingrid tries her best to break the glass ceiling and the perceived patriarchy in the drama. The other women characters portrayed in film are fresh and resonate. 

Partner Track protagonist Ingrid Yun is played by Korean-American actress Arden Cho. Ingrid is a smart, bold, ambitious lawyer who wants to make a partner at a top US law firm Parsons Valentine – but the competition is fierce and tough. Ingrid is not a submissive Asian girl and is not at all pretentious about who she is. The 30-year-old wears her feminity as a badge in the cutthroat corporate world, where a woman usually hides to be taken seriously. At the center also revolves a love triangle, in which Ingrid needs to balance her career and her love life. Cho recently appeared in US medical drama Chicago Med.

Rachel Friedman is the second lead played by Alexandra Turshen. Rachel also works at Parsons Valentine. Rachel is witty, smart, and perceptive with few drops of wildness. She is an incredible litigator and colleague of Ingrid. Never afraid to set her male co-workers straight if need be. Later, as the drama develops, she realizes her aspirations do not lie with the law, much to the disappointment of her family, and lawyer father. Earlier Turshen was seen in the comedy series The Bold Type.

Lena Ahn played the role of Lina Yun a sister of Ingrid. Gen-Z sister Lina is a staunch feminist, artistic, social-justice-warrior. Although, reckless with her life. Margo's character is about a woman uplifting another woman. Catherine Curtin was born in New York City, New York, USA. She is known for Stranger Things (2016), and Orange Is the New Black (2013).

Esther Moon plays Ingrid and Lina's mother Soo-Jung Yun. Esther Moon is known as a talented actress, producer, writer, and philanthropist.
