Actors Kratika Sengar, Nikitin Dheer Blessed With Baby Girl: Reports

Actors Nikitin Dheer and Kratika Sengar welcomed a baby girl on May 12 morning, state reports. The new parents are ecstatic as they will step into a new phase of their life with their little one. The couple had announced in November last year that they are expecting a child.

The couple who married in September 2014 in an interview with a leading daily in November had said how they were excited to become parents and how they could not wait for the baby’s arrival.

Kratika Sengar Welcomes Baby Girl

Kratika was quoted as saying, “Nikitin is on a cloud and I don't even know the number! He is very excited to become a father and I feel extremely blessed and grateful that I will become a mother soon. This is a new phase and our entire family was waiting for a new member in our family. It will be a new phase in our lives because this is our first child. We have been married for seven years and this was a big surprise for us. We jumped with joy and our families are extremely happy about this.”

Nikitin Dheer and Kratika Sengar got married on September 3, 2014, after the couple were arranged to marry by Nikitin’s father, actor Pankaj Dheer.

The couple had earlier shared photos from their monochrome maternity shoot. Both had donned black outfits as the expectant mother flaunted her baby bump.

In the picture shared by the couple, we can see Kratika in a black full sleeve dress paired with beige heels. Nikitin Dheer sported black denim and a black shirt. The pictures are very adorable as Nikitin Dheer holds her close and gives her a kiss on her forehead. Kratika captioned the post, “Happiness is on the way.”

Kratika was last seen in Choti Sarrdaarni and has previously featured in television shows including Kasam, Punar Vivah, Jhansi Ki Rani and others. Meanwhile, Nikitin was last seen in Antim: The Final Truth. He was also a part of Akshay Kumar’s Sooryavanshi and Siddharth Malhotra starrer Shershaah which is a biopic based on the life of a soldier martyred during the Kargil War: Captain Vikram Batra. Nikitin portrayed the role of Major Ajay Singh Jasrotia in the film.
