Looking for How I Met Your Father Season 2 Release Date? The Hulu spinoff of How I Met Your Mother launched on January 18 and has been airing weekly episodes since then. How I Met Your Father has a similar premise to the original series' main character, Ted Mosby's (Josh Radnor) search for romance, in which lovestruck photographer Sophie looks for love in New York City with her group of pals.

Sophie is played by Hilary Duff, a hopelessly romantic woman on the lookout for love. Despite her belief in real love, she is unsure of her biological father because her mother dated a many men.

Sophie and her tight-knit group of friends, Jesse (Chris Lowell), Valentina (Francia Raisa), Charlie (Tom Ainsley), Ellen (Tien Tran), and Sid (Suraj Sharma) are figuring out who they are, what they want out of life, and how to find love in the age of dating apps and limitless options.

Sophie, (Kim Cattrall  plays future Sophie) in the year 2050, tells her son how she met his father, which begins in the year 2021. In addition to Duff, Christopher Lowell, Francia Raisa, Suraj Sharma, Tom Ainsley, Tien Tran, and Cattrall feature in the spinoff show.

Season 1 began on January 18 and will conclude in the coming weeks with the release of the last four episodes. The Season 1 finale will take place on March 15th.

How I Met Your Father Season 2 Release Date:

Hulu has now revealed news about How I Met Your Father, announcing that the sitcom has been officially renewed for a second season. Season 2 will have a total of 20 episodes, as opposed to the first season's ten.

It appears that we'll take another step toward determining the father's identity. How I Met Your Father will be returning for a second season, according to a press statement from Hulu. However, the producers and Hulu have yet to set an official release date.
