'Stranger Things' Season 4 To Conclude Soon; Fans Predict How It Will End

Stranger Things Season 4 Volume 1 ended on a cliffhanger and a revelation that has fans hyped and ready for volume 2. During the long wait for Volume 2, people have begun posting their Stranger Things predictions and theories and sharing them on social media. From predictions of who will die to predictions about favourite songs, the fans have left no stones unturned.

Stranger Things Season 4 Volume 1 ended with the revelation that Vecna’s true identity is the seemingly kind orderly Peter Ballard, who is actually Henry Creel, who not only survived the family massacre but also caused it. He is also 001, the first of the children to be experimented on.

Stranger Things Season 4 Episode 7 revealed that in the past, Eleven and Vecna had battled and she had banished him into the Upside Down, which is how the first portal to the Upside Down was created, setting off the events in the show.

Meanwhile, in Hawkins, Nancy and Steve are still trapped in the Upside Down and Nancy gets possessed by Vecna.

Stranger Things Predictions

Here are some of the most popular Stranger Things predictions for Season 4 Volume 2, which will air on July 1.

• Robin will end up saving Nancy because she was looking through Nancy’s room and saw the music tapes she had by her bedside in a previous episode. Since Nancy is currently in Upside Down, fans have also predicted that Eddie will travel back and play the song on his guitar, as there was a scene of him playing the guitar in the trailer for season 4.
• In terms of character deaths this season, there have been plenty of predictions. But there is one character that seems to show up in most of the predictions, Eddie.
  
  Newcomer Eddie joined in season 4 and even though fans seem to love him, they also believe that he will be killed off in the next volume. As fans mentioned, Eddie’s being hunted by an entire town as they believe him to be a serial killer. Eddie’s future does not look bright. Even if he does survive, he probably won’t be able to return to Hawkins.
  
  A user predicted that the scene of Eddie playing his guitar in Upside Down may be a heroic act that ends in self-sacrifice. Considering Jim Hopper seemingly sacrificed himself in a heroic act before miraculously surviving, maybe there’s hope for Eddie after all.
• Since Vecna's curse can be broken through song, people have also predicted the favourite songs of certain characters. Since Lucas mentioned becoming a fan of Kate Bush after her song saved Max's life, people predict that 'Running up that hill' is also Lucas' favourite song.
  
  People also predict that 'Should I stay or should I go?' by the Clash will be Will's go-to song as he canonically sang it to himself while trapped in the Upside Down.
• While some users are using past scenes and clips from the trailer to cast predictions, other users are going with their gut when it comes to predictions.
  
  One user stated that Stranger Things still has time to pull off a ‘me and my friends would have killed ET with hammers I can tell you that much’ type of ending.
  
  While the chances of Vecna being defeated by a physical beatdown lie low, it is still technically a prediction. A prediction I for one would enjoy seeing.
