Who Is Anicka Vikhraman? Malayalam Actor Alleges Abuse By Ex-Boyfriend, Shares Pictures

Anicka Vikhraman, a Malayalam actor, accused her ex-boyfriend Anoop Pillai of physically and emotionally abusing her on Monday. She called him "insecure and manipulative" and also claimed that he had bribed the police to avoid legal action.

Vikhraman took to her social media accounts to narrate the entire ordeal of how her ex-boyfriend Anoop Pillai tortured her and breached her privacy.

Posting highly disturbing photos of her swollen face and bruises, Vikhraman wrote, "Inspite of leaving these incidents behind, I’ve been receiving threats over calls, and my family and I have been degraded continuously." The actor added that she has now completely recovered and has begun shooting.

Vikhraman also posted a screenshot of a WhatsApp conversation that is presumed to be with the accused, Anoop Pillai.

Vikhraman had written that she had never met an insecure and manipulative human like him and claimed that he continued to threaten her. According to her post, Vikhraman had registered a complaint with the Bengaluru police when Anoop Pillai hit her a second time, but he apparently bribed the police. The police had then asked her to settle the matter amicably.

Pillai had hit her for the first time in Chennai, but she had let it go after he cried. In her post, she also claimed that he had breached her privacy and snooped into her WhatsApp chats. He had also broken her phone to stop her from going for shoots.

"A couple of days before moving to Hyderabad, he locked my phone and started punching me relentlessly, suffocating me in spite of my begging him to stop and return my phone. He sat on me and covered my mouth. I had bronchitis. He lifted his hand when I was about to lose my consciousness, and I thought it was the last day of my life."

In her post, Vikhraman also recalled that after hitting her, Pillai had said, "Let me see how you will act with this face". Apparently, when she saw her face in the mirror and began crying loudly, he had begun laughing and said, "Your drama is good."

After hitting her, Pillai used to party with his friends, Vikhraman alleged in her post and added that she has registered a complaint with the police.
