Alia Bhatt's Gangubai Kathiawadi came out with its trailer after months of waiting. 

The Gangubai Kathiawadi trailer was out today and is currently all over the internet. The trailer depicts the tale of a real-life woman who was forced into prostitution at a young age in Mumbai's Kamathipura. In the film, she rises from Kamathipura's ranks to the head of a brothel and becomes a political figure in the area. Her campaign is for sex workers and their families' rights.

In the ">trailer, Ajay Devgn plays mafia don Karim Lala, who played a pivotal role in Gangubai's journey. Vijay Raaz, Jim Sarbh, and Seema Pahwa also star in the film.
