Female friendships are deeper than the friendship men share. The reason being female friends support each other. They talk about different things and delve deep. Another reason being girls understand each other better than any guy can. Also, we live in a world that tries to tear women down, so we all need friendships that make us stronger. We laugh, gossip, eat, shop together among other things. One of my favourite things that I like to do with my girl gang besides talking is to watch movies. So, here is the list of movies that are a must-watch with your girl gang.
Veere Di wedding
The Sonam Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania starring Veere Di Wedding is a comedy-drama movie. This movie features a girl gang of four who are trying to figure out their lives. Besides being a hilarious movie, Veere Di Wedding breaks the misconceptions of society and brings light to subjects like 'Female Masturbation'. The movie is the celebration of female friendship. It highlights how women support each other. Wedding celebration in the movie further adds to the beauty of the movie. Also, it is fun to watch the girl gang prepare for their friend's wedding.
The friendship of Carrie, Miranda, Samantha and Charlotte has ups and downs in the movie and the series. But this movie specifically highlights how women support each other.
Queen
The Kangana Ranaut starrer Queen is another comedy movie that is a must-watch. The movie is about Rani who explores her life after being rejected just a day before her marriage. Rani then leaves for her honeymoon alone. She makes new friends through her journey and explores a whole new world outside Delhi. Rani's character turns to a confident strong woman and the journey to reach this phase of her life is tremendous. The movie also highlights that a woman doesn't need a man to be happy in her life.

Angry Indian Goddess
The 2015 movie is the first female friendship movie of Bollywood. The movie gives a take on the different kind of friendships women share. The unfolding of secrets of the friends forms the plot of the movie. The movie doesn't fail to defend its title. The characters of the movie represent different types of women in the world and the different types of women in a girl gang.
Sex and the City
This is another movie that celebrates female friendship. This movie was announced after the series Sex and the City kept the audience busy and created a lot of excitement among the audience. The friendship of Carrie, Miranda, Samantha and Charlotte has ups and downs in the movie and the series. But this movie specifically highlights how women support each other. I am pretty sure you watched it a couple of times but if you haven't you must.

Legally Blonde
Legally Blonde features the story of Elle. Turn of events happens in Elle's life when her boyfriend leaves her for a smarter girl. But Elle enrols in her ex's school to teach him a lesson. Through the course of the movie, Elle turns into a strong and self-sufficient woman. This rom-com is another amazing movie to watch with your girl gang. Elle also makes some new friends and through her journey, she has constant support for her old friends. This movie embraces female friendships.
