Excited to be at his forum

I am delighted to see this new platform and excited to be a part of people who get the opportunity to blog here. I used to work at an MNC until I realised working for oneself was the great joy. It brought me satisfaction and happiness and allowed me to experiment with ideas. I met new people, made friends and mentors, learnt from customers, grew with clients. It was all an experience I would never give up anything for.  I am a real believer in the fact that we need to put more power in the hands of women. As Malcom Gladwell talked about the connector. Women are those connectors who link people to people, networks to networks.
