The results of the Andhra Pradesh State Eligibility Test (APSET) was declared today. It is mandatory for general category candidates to score an aggregate of 40 per cent for the two combined papers. Reserved category candidates have to score a minimum of 35 per cent aggregate for both the papers.
Candidates can now check their scores on the official website apset.net.in.
The exam was conducted by the Andhra University, Visakhapatnam on December 20, 2020 for 30 subjects. 26527 candidates appeared for the examination. The exam was conducted for recruiting Assistant Professor /Lecturer in the state's colleges.
The result notification reads "6% of the appeared candidates who appear in all the three papers should be declared qualified for Eligibility for Assistant Professor /Lecturer. These 6% candidates would be distributed among various categories as per the reservation policy of the concerned State Government."
