Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education CGBSE Class 10 Results Out Now

CGBSE Class 10 Results: The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education or CGBSE class 10 results were declared on May 19, 2021. The board had earlier revealed that the declaration of the results will take place via video conferencing.

Students can now check their results on the official website of CGBSE cgbse.nic.in

Earlier, the CGBSE had cancelled the class 10 board exams, owing to rise in the number of COVID-19 cases. Students then had to be evaluated with the help of assignments, and their overall academic performance throughout the year.

Meanwhile, the CGBSE decided on allotting passing marks to students who didn't get the minimum marks to pass. The same was done for those who didn't do the assignments.

The board has now permitted students to appear for the examination, if they are not satisfied with their CGBSE class 10 results. The said exam will be held after the COVID-19 situation improves.

About 4.67 lakh students' results were declared, out of which 2.24 lakh students are boys, and 2.31 lakh are girls. This year has witnessed an overall pass percentage of 100 per cent. According to the board, about 96.81 percent students have secured marks in the first division, 9024 students have secured second division, while 5676 students have secured third.

How to check CGBSE class 10 results?

1. Visit cgbse.nic.in
2. Click on the link which says 'CGBSE 10th Result 2021'.
3. A new window will open
4. Enter your required credentials, and click on submit
5. The results will be displayed on the screen
6. Download the results, and take a printout of the same

Earlier, the minister of Chhattisgarh Govt. school education had announced that the results will be declared on 19 May, at 11 am.

The Chhattisgarh board had to cancel the class 10 board exams, which were going to be conducted in the month of April. The secretary of CGBSE V.K. Goyal had also issued a notification regarding the cancellation of the exam.
