Taylor Swift's new album Lover will be coming to fans in a whole different way. On Tuesday, the 29-year-old pop star announced plans to take her latest album on tour in summer of 2020. With a series of shows at European music festivals and a four day created a festival in the US dubbed Lover Fest.

“The Lover album is open fields, sunsets, and SUMMER,” Swift tweeted about it. “I want to perform it in a way that feels authentic. I want to go to some places I haven't been and play festivals. Where we didn't have festivals, we made some. Introducing, Lover Fest East + West!”

Swift's touching song is her 25th song to hit the Top 10, and her latest single, “You Need to Calm Down,” is still standing at No 4.

Lover has racked up the entirety of 867,000 equal album units, according to Nielsen Music, and 679,000 units impressively came from the absolute album purchase.

All 18 songs from Lover also charted on the Hot 100, breaking Billie Eilish's past record of 14 total records.

The superstar's latest album debuted at No 1 on the Billboard 200 chart with the most significant sales for any album since her Reputation album in 2017. (That album sold a vast 1.238 million units in its first week, with 1.216 million in pure album sales.)
