Madhuri Dixit and Rekha Perform Silsila’s Popular Scene

Silsila’s Popular Scene: The veteran actor Rekha Ganesan will join the judges of Dance Deewane 3, Madhuri Dixit, Dharmesh, and Tushar Kalia.  

The Bollywood icon, Rekha, will be appearing as the guest of honour on the show Dance Deewane 3. The legendary actor will also be seen gracing the stage with her iconic performance. However, the highlight of the episode is Madhuri and Rekha's re-enactment of the iconic scene from Silsila.

Colors shared a video clip in which both the iconic actors, Rekha and Madhuri Dixit are seen standing with their back against each other, just like in a scene of Rekha's film Silsila. Madhuri stepped into the shoes of Jaya Bachchan while Rekha reprised her own part. The veteran actors refreshingly aced the scene.

Dance Deewane 3 was launched in February 2021. It is known to be a show that gives a chance to contestants from all age groups of three generations. Recently, the show improvised its format in which now the participants are allowed to perform with their choreographers. 

While Raghav Juyal is away due to prior commitments, Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa are anchoring the show Dance Deewane 3. The time slot of the show is also going to change from this weekend as it will air at 8 PM followed by Khatron Ke Khiladi. 

Rekha is one of the most celebrated women of Bollywood as the actor has garnered the love of the audiences that follow the Indian cinema with her dramatic performances and "adaayein" in the films like Silsila, her award-winning film Khubsoorat and Khoon Bhari Maang among others. The actor was last seen in the show Dil Deewane 3.

Madhuri Dixit on the other hand is also acknowledged as one of the finest actors of Bollywood. The actor made her debut in Abodh in 1984 but got recognition in the industry from the movie Tehzaab in 1988. The actor is currently seen judging the show Dance Deewane 3.
