Vibhu Agrawal harassment case: Film producer Vibhu Agrawal has been booked in connection with a harassment case by Mumbai police. The country head of Agrawal's ULLU Digital has also been in the matter. The offence against Agrawal and his company's Country Head was registered on August 4 at Amboli Police Station.
"Police have registered a case against Vibhu Agrawal, the CEO of film production company Ullu Digital Pvt Ltd for allegedly sexually harassing a woman, under Section 354 of IPC in Mumbai. Anjali Raina, the company's country head has also been booked," Mumbai Police told ANI.

Here are five things we know so far about the case against Vibhu Agrawal:
1. According to a report by PTI, a 28-year-old woman has alleged in her complaint that she was molested in the storeroom of the Andheri-based office of ULLU Digital.
2. Vibhu Agrawal was booked under Section 354 (intent to outrage a woman's modesty) of the Indian Penal Code by Mumbai Police.
3. The Mumbai Police also booked Anjali Raina, who is ULLU Digital's Country Head, in connection with the case.
4. ULLU Digital is known to produce content that is catered to adult audience.
5. In a previous interview, Agrawal had expressed desire to alter the image of ULLU platform and produce more content that is suitable for viewing alongside family. "We also have a family and people do look at you differently when you speak about ULLU, which we want to change," he said.
The case comes on heels of the arrest of British-Indian businessman Raj Kundra, for allegedly producing and publishing pornographic content on an app called HotShots. Following his arrest, actor Sherlyn Chopra had levied accusations of sexual misconduct against Kundra, who is married to Shilpa Shetty.
According to Chopra, Kundra had tried to force himself on her back in 2019. The police complaint registered by Chopra against Kundra says that he came to her home and kissed her despite her resistance. Chopra was later summoned by the Crime Branch of Mumbai Police for questioning, in connection with the case. Read more about it here.
