According to local news outlet Arizona Family, when Flip was asked by her daughter about the “secret to life”, Flip responded, “Oh, my secret. Hmm, I don’t know. Tequila.”

There is some scientific proof that having tequila in moderation can be good for a person's health. It contains fructans, a molecule that acts as a fibre to naturally stimulate the production of insulin. Tequila also lowers blood sugar and cholesterol and triggers insulin production in the blood stream.
