Meet Radha Kapoor founder of the Indian School of Design and Innovation (ISDI), an investor and lover of fine arts. "It was always my dream to do something entrepreneurial but I want to do something with creativity at the centre of it all," Radha describes her leap of faith into entrepreneurship. She started out four years ago with investments in a laundry company Pressto, but really came into her own when she got her alma mater Parsons to partner with ISDI and open their south Asia centre.

Radha Kapoor is taking the creative route to business

"Design thinking is our key strategy," says the 31 year old who gets the enterprising streak from her father Rana Kapoor of YES Bank. She's also tied up with Microsoft Ventures to help other upcoming startups to launch.

Eldest of the three sisters, Radha has helped set up the Three Sisters Foundation to help women and focus on empowering them through literacy and digital communication.
