Wonder Women narrates the story of six pregnant women, who arrive at a pre-natal class with beliefs, confusion, and questions regarding pregnancy and childbirth.

A number of prominent Malayalam film actors, including Nithya Menon, Parvathy Thiruvothu, and Padmapriya, announced their pregnancies during the previous week. However, later it was disclosed that it was a novel marketing strategy for their upcoming movie, Wonder Women.
