UP Rape Cases
Despite the fact that the girl has alleged that Chinmayanand raped her several times in one year, in her police complaint and reiterated it in her statement with a Delhi court and a Shahjahanpur court, the UP police have still not charged him of rape.
“There would be men standing outside my room to take me and the entire college knew what was happening. No one would dare talk to me,” says the survivor.
“Swami Chinmayanand raped me and has been sexually assaulting me for the last one year… The harassment started after I started staying at the (law college) hostel,” Saharanpur law student.
