Sudha Bharadwaj released from prison after three years. She was arrested in connection to the 2018 Bhima Koregaon violence, that also named other prominent speakers and activists.
The court while approving the bail, said that Bharadwaj will be released on furnishing surety of Rs 50,000 and two solvent sureties, to ensure she is financially capable of paying the release bond.Â

The bench has rejected the bail applications of eight other accused in the case.
