In her complaint, Rhea Chakraborty said that a “bogus and unlawful” medical prescription “was sent by the petitioners with the help of a Delhi-based doctor wherein medicines for anxiety were prescribed to Rajput”.
Meanwhile, three months after his arrest, on Wednesday (Dec 2), Rhea Chakraborty’s bother Showik was granted bail by a special court in Mumbai.
Rhea Chakraborty in the FIR accused Rajput’s sisters of giving him medicines without a prescription, days before his death by suicide.
Chakraborty in an affidavit filed through her lawyer Satish Maneshinde said that fabricated and forged medical prescription was used to assist Rajput in procuring medicines that are banned under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
“Lost both of them too early. Unable to cope up with this heart-wrenching loss,” Meetu Singh wrote in her tweet.
“Stop this campaign against the family, please. We’re fighting for all emotional strength we have left,” Mallika Singh wrote.
