Men in leadership positions must use their power to invest in policies and programmes that give a platform for women and other vulnerable groups to learn, grow and thrive.

Many working men who don’t display sexist attitude and actions maintain silence on their fellow male colleagues’ sexist behaviour. Many might object to such misdemeanour, but don’t feel the need of confronting to avoid unsolicited consequences.
