Jemimah Rodrigues, a talented batter from India, will play for the Delhi Capitals during the inaugural WPL season. For INR 2.2 crore, the Delhi Capitals bought the Indian pitcher.  Rodrigues is a batter who recently rose to prominence and has established herself as a key member of the Indian team.

Reminiscing about their old days together, Rodrigues said that it was a memorable day for Yastika Bhatia as well as for her as they had known each other for many years.

Kaur had earlier played for the Sydney Thunder but this new season beginning on October 14 will the first one for Jemimah Rodrigues.
