Mother-Daughter Found Dead In Hospital

The Ahmedabad Police arrested a man in connection with the double murder case of a woman and her mother at an ENT hospital. A 30-year-old woman, identified as Bharti was found stuffed in a cupboard at the operation theatre and her mother's body was found under the bed of another room.

Mansukh Maitra, a compounder at the hospital was arrested. Police say he would observe the treatment done by doctors and would bring in patients and treat them himself. Police say Bharti came to Maitra for ear surgery but he gave her an overdose of anaesthesia, leading to her death.

Maitra panicked and also killed her mother, hid the bodies, and sold their gold ornaments.

UP's Sania Mirza Becomes India's First Muslim Woman Fighter Pilot

Sania Mirza, the daughter of a TV mechanic from Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh has been selected to become a fighter pilot in the Indian Air Force (IAF). Mirza is Indian first Muslim woman fighter pilot and Uttar Pradesh's first IAF pilot.

Lori Janes, an office manager in Louisville, Kentucky, United States took part in a white elephant gift exchange, where players are able to exchange the gifts with other players.

She ended the day with a gift of scratch-off lottery tickets worth 25 dollars. After scratching off the tickets, she learned that she won the 175,000 dollar top prize.
