And then, she learnt to laugh again….
She laughed with full gusto… water snorting out of her mouth when she laughed too hard. Her hair was like wild wild wind. They would fly in the direction they pleased. Taming was never an option. Her sun-kissed cheeks were ruddy, rough and dry, but still had a flush of pink. Reminding of the beauty that she was within.
And then he came along… he loved her like no one had ever loved before. Her breathe would quicken at the mere thought of him… But then he had to leave… And she cried… cried her heart out. Then by and by, she learnt to live again. Walking bare feet, with grit of sand cutting her, surprisingly, healed her. The waves of the sea lapped up around her and caressed her bruised feet…The wind, it learnt to hug her again… and she, silly girl, learnt to laugh all over again.
