Vandhyaa is the co-founder of Ishma Accessories, a social enterprise that works towards improving the livelihoods of the rural artisans. These craftspeople could be working on traditional Handicrafts of India and preserving any of the art forms.

Vandhyaa likes to say their products are designed with an intent of Social Impact

"We were two fashion graduates with a thing for out of the box accessories. That is where it started from." They experimented with materials and designs. "From the endless hours spent on experimenting with various materials in college, trips to craft clusters and hanging out on the streets of Charminar to understand how beautiful things are made." The passion to them was evident and they wanted to do more with their love for handicraft. "Over time, we’ve matured into two souls intent about giving people soulful accessories that carry a story and a bit of our heritage."

Vandhyaa likes to say their products are designed with an intent of "Social Impact." The founders are an alumni of Bala Vikasa International Center in their Incubation program for Social Entrepreneurs.

Over time, we’ve matured into two souls intent about giving people soulful accessories that carry a story and a bit of our heritage.
