Manushi Chhillar Signs Her Third YRF Film: Actor, model, and Miss World 2017 Manushi Chhillar has been on a film signing spree off late. While her debut film opposite Akshay Kumar is yet to be released, she also signed Vijay Krishna Acharya's next comedy with Vicky Kaushal. Now she locked her third YRF film where she will be seen with Ahaan Panday.
Manushi Chhillar's debut film Prithviraj starring Akshay Kumar is a historical drama based on the life of Prithviraj Chauhan. Chillar would be playing Sanyogita, Prithviraj Chauhan's wife. The film was pushed due to the Covid-19 related restrictions last year but is almost finished now.
The shooting for her second film, Vijay Krishna Acharya's comedy starring Vicky Kausal is almost finished too. She is expected to begin shooting for her third with Ahaan Panday soon. This film would also be Panday's celluloid debut. Ahaan is the son of Chikki Pandey and author Deanne Pandey and nephew of Chunky Pandey.
"Manushi has become the new YRF favourite. Everyone is praising her dedication, work ethics and professional nature. Aditya Chopra has now got her on board for Shiv Rawail's superhero project as well," reported Bollywood Hungama.
Adding, "She will essay the main female lead opposite Ahaan Panday who will be making his celluloid debut with the movie. This will be Manushi's third film in theatres and also completes her three-film deal with YRF. But Mr. Chopra is clearly looking at other projects for her as well."
The pageant queen has also been working towards awareness about menstrual hygiene in India with Project Shakti. Chhillar was the sixth representative from India to win the title of Miss World and was studying medicine before she decided to enter the world of modelling and films. She is now ready to take Bollywood by storm with three upcoming films with major production houses.
