As part of the ongoing Paris Fashion Week, the Paris-based French womenswear brand Coperni experienced one of the most unforgettable fashion moments yesterday night when they debuted their Spring 2023 collection. Bella Hadid's Spray Dress

Bella Hadid, a supermodel, finished the show for the brand, wearing a frock that had been body-sprayed by the designer. You did read that correctly. Fabrican, a substance from a can that solidifies into a piece of wearable fabric, was used to design the dress live.

It all began when a barely-dressed Bella Hadid started walking into Coperni's venue, upon which a pair of technicians were perched. They aim airbrush sprayers at the Hadid and pull the trigger. What happens next is a brand new white dress and some may call it fashion magic. This legendary fashion scene reminded of Alexander McQueen's Spring 1999 presentation, which featured Shalom Harlow in a white dress on a rotating platform being sprayed with paint. The  white off-the-shoulder dress was painted with neon-yellow and black paint. It seems like those robots are painting a vision of current times.

At Paris Fashion Week on Friday, Coperni debuted their Spring 2023 collection. Bella Hadid finished the show for the brand wearing an off-the-shoulder, tight-fitting white dress fashioned just for her out of quick spray-on fabric. Designers Arnaud Vaillant and Sébastien Meyer reportedly dedicated their exhibition to women of our world. "To you, women who transcend your body and never avert your gaze before the barbed wire of morality," they said in the concert notes. Diet Prada, a fashion watchdog, also posted about the event on their Instagram feed.
