In the third edition of Gurgaonwaali, we focus on Women’s Fitness, SheThePeople.TV brings two dynamic ladies who have made fitness a way of life and never shy away from a challenge. Join us on 9th June as we speak with Yashodhara Lal who is an author & Ranjana Deopa who is the Co-Founder of West Delhi Runners.

Yashodhara Lal is a best-selling author with HarperCollins. She has penned many books; her latest book being “How I Became a Farmer’s Wife. She is also a senior marketing professional and a mother of three children. She gets her energy from the fitness classes she teaches on weekends- Zumba and Strong by Zumba.

Ranjana Deopa is a successful entrepreneur with over 18 years experience in Banking and Consulting industry. She has always been a fitness enthusiast and added many milestones to her adventurous journey in the last 5 years.  Ranjana is a Triathlete (Finisher Half Iron Man), Ultra marathon runner, long distance swimmer besides being a certified Scuba Diver. She has also been “Pinkathon Ambasssador” for Delhi and has been instrumental in promoting Women Fitness in Corporates.

The Panel will be moderated by Kanchana Banerjee. After writing for various publications, PR firms and companies for nearly two decades, Kanchana pursued her long cherished dream – to write a novel. She published her debut novel in 2016 and is currently working on her second one.
