Popstar Ariana Grande announced that she is engaged to beau Dalton Gomez on Sunday, December 20. ‘"Forever n then some,” wrote the 27-year-old singer, showing off her engagement ring in an Instagram post.

She also shared a close-up shot of her engagement ring in the post.

"They couldn't be happier, they're just so excited. This is a happy time for them, both sets of parents are thrilled," a source told People. Gomez, who is a real estate agent, and Grande have been together since January, according to People.

Ariana Grande's mother Joan Grande also shared the news on Twitter, writing, "I am so excited to welcome Dalton Gomez into our family! Ariana, I love you and Dalton so much! Here's to happily ever after! Yay!"

Reportedly, Gomez was born and raised in Southern California. The couple had been living together at the Sweetener singer's Los Angeles home amidst the coronavirus pandemic. "Ariana doesn't want to do another public relationship so she is trying to keep this one quiet, but she seems very happy with Dalton," a source told People in March. In May, Grande and Gomez made their first official appearance together in the music video for her duet with Justin Bieber, Stuck with U.

The singer who won her first Grammy Award last year was previously engaged to Saturday Night Live's cast member and comedian Pete Davidson in 2018. They called off their engagement the same year.
