Background on the missing woman case

According to reports, the couple has two children. Durga redirected to an acquaintance's house following her Kuwait return since she was having some "issues" with her husband. Inspector K Sivaji, Gannavaram Circle Inspector (CI), was quoted saying, "We provided counselling to the couple and sent them to their home at Nelaturu village in West Godavari district."

Durga was reportedly recorded at the Vijayawada Airport by CCTV cameras upon arrival, "carrying a stroller with two big luggages and handbags." However, cameras could not track any movement of her coming out of the terminal. "We have verified the CCTV footage at the airport and found Durga arriving and checking out of the terminal," Sivaji had said.
