As Diljit sang and danced, the young enthusiast, initially bewildered, quickly embraced the spotlight and charmed the crowd with his moves. The actor-singer made history by selling out the "largest-ever Punjabi show outside India" during the North American leg of his Dil-Luminati Tour. Starting his tour on April 27, Dosanjh delighted over 50,000 attendees at Vancouver's BC Place stadium with an electrifying performance featuring hits like GOAT, 5 Taara, Lover, Kinni Kinni, and the popular track Ishq Mitaye from his recent film release, Amar Singh Chamkila.
Dosanjh took to Instagram on April 28 to share pictures and videos from the memorable show. One video showed the general manager of BC Place presenting Dosanjh with a congratulatory plaque for hosting the show.
This concert marks another milestone in Diljit's illustrious career, following the success of his latest film, Amar Singh Chamkila. After the Netflix release, Diljit also wowed audiences in Mumbai with a star-studded performance attended by several Bollywood personalities. Following his successful show in Vancouver, Diljit Dosanjh is set to continue his tour with upcoming performances in Calgary, Winnipeg, and Edmonton in Canada, followed by shows in the United States. The North American leg of his tour will conclude in Toronto on July 13.
Apart from his musical endeavours, Diljit Dosanjh is set to appear in the highly anticipated film No Entry 2, further expanding his presence in the entertainment industry.
